No Show Policy at CHP

Due to an increased volume of sick visit no shows and an ever increasing number of patients who need same day or next day appointments, Children's Health Partners will charge a $50 no show fee if you do not call ahead to cancel your child's sick/office visit. Please call ASAP to cancel your child's appointment if you go elsewhere or your child no longer needs to be seen so that we can care for another patient at that time. Thank you for your cooperation.
