No Show Policy at CHP

Due to an increased volume of sick visit no shows and an ever increasing number of patients who need same day or next day appointments, Children's Health Partners will charge a $50 no show fee if you do not call ahead to cancel your child's sick/office visit.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF PAPER CHART DESTRUCTION. Children's Health Partners recently received a notice from Access storage in Barlett Illinois that our paper records, including patient paper charts, were destroyed in a fire on February 3, 2022.
