This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Connexin Software, Inc. dba Office Practicum collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from you as a visitor (each, a "User") to a Office Practicum, NextStep Solutions, Remedy Connect OP Site or other web- or cloud-based sites offered by Office Practicum (collectively, "OP Site(s)"). This privacy policy also applies to any products and services available through Office Practicum portals, affiliate websites, or forums, or services offered by Connexin Software, Inc. dba Office Practicum (collectively, "OP Service(s)").

We may collect information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit, access, register, fill out a form, or otherwise use OP Sites or OP Services. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, company name, etc. ("personally identifiable information"). We will collect personally identifiable information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from accessing, using, or otherwise engaging in related activities with the OP Sites and OP Services.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information about Users whenever they interact with OP Sites and/or OP Services.   • Office Practicum may also share your personal information with its third-party service providers (such as its hosting partners) to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and other OP Sites we use to operate the OP Site and maintain a high-quality user experience.
