Janie L. Canner, DO

Dr. Canner graduated magna cum laude from De Paul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She completed her pediatric residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Chicago.

Dr. Canner then worked as a pediatric hospitalist at Edward Hospital in Naperville for two years. She later joined a private practice in Dublin, Ohio practicing general pediatrics for three years while her husband pursued his fellowship in pediatric oncology. She joined Children's Health Partners in 2008.

Dr. Canner enjoys all aspects of general pediatrics though has a special interest in ADHD and adolescent medicine. Dr. Canner loves spending time with her family and friends. She is the mother of three boys and lives in Downers Grove Illinois. She enjoys being active, staying fit, cooking with her kids and spending time outdoors.
